Seung Mo Park's Amazing Wire Mesh Sculptures

Korean artist, Seung Mo Park, creates his images by cutting wire mesh to fill in the details and shadows. Lighting also plays a role in how the image renders as one of the videos below will show.

According to the biography on his website, here, he has been exhibiting his work since 2000. He does a lot more than wire mesh sculpture - he does all kinds of metal sculpting - and you can visit his website to take a look.

I bet his right hand has the strongest grip ever!

The level of artistry just astounds me. Who would have thought to create such beautiful, unique things with common everyday materials?? Amazing!
