|Cool cheek caterpillar, but look at that otherwise bland face.|
There's no room in this story for bland people.
So, I'm a long time Walking Dead fan and I confess I have never liked Beth Greene. Every scene she's in is a waste of my time and I usually go and find something else to do while she's on. She sings. So what.
So this last episode addressed the yawning story line of what happened to Beth. I really hoped she had been disappeared forever in favour of more interesting characters and their story lines. I know I wouldn't have given her another thought. What may have happened to Beth didn't even occupy one of my brain cells.
Imagine my disappointment when virtually an entire episode was devoted to a story line involving a person I had hoped I'd seen the last of. Will she turn out to be a bad ass? Don't care. I walked out after forty minutes even though the possibility existed that there might have been a scene with Daryl in it. I rejected that so I wouldn't have to see one more second of Beth!!! That is messed up, Walking Dead writers. Messed up!
Instead of a normal episode of The Walking Dead this week, we got Beth starring in some B-movie zombie flick with wooden acting, laughable dialogue, and barely any zombies. If this was called Zombie Hospital and airing at 2 a.m. on Syfy, we would've changed the channel - Dave Nemetz
We would've changed the channel, AMC!!!
Is the Hospital story line even in the comic? The writers said they were following the comics a little more closely this season.
Meanwhile, who will save Beth? Who the hell cares.
